Hemp Oil Chickpea Spread For Various Purposes

Chickpeas are a must-have real food pantry list for a variety of reasons. Buying them in bulk can never be a bad idea. Today's dish is actually pretty simple. We just have to make some tweaks here and there, and Hemp oil Chickpea spread will be ready in no time.

Hemp oil has some great health benefits, which you can read about here.

This spread is similar to hummus, but the consistency is thicker. I prefer a spread on sandwiches and in pitas.

Hemp oil chickpea spread is packed with some super delicious flavor and is very simple to whip up!

You can make it with a blender, or if you have a food processor, you can use that completely.

Let's get into the How to-

Throw some chickpeas, hemp oil, and sesame oil (or tahini) in the blender and blend until smooth. You may have to push down the mixture a few times with a spatula in between blending. If the mixture is too thick and not blending well, you can add more hemp oil, half a teaspoon at a time, until it reaches the required consistency.

Then, mix in a freshly pressed garlic clove. If you don't have a garlic press, you can use minced garlic. Lastly, add in a little salt to taste.

There are so many uses for this hemp oil chickpea spread. It's great on a sandwich with veggies or leftover chicken. You can also use it in place of your usual condiments on a burger! Or, serve it as a dip with some chips or veggies.

 One spread for many purposes!
