Hemp Heart Protein Leafy Salad

Ingredients:

  • Hemp hearts 3/4 cup  (hemp hearts can be toasted first for a bolder, nuttier flavor)
  • Sliced almonds 1/4 cup
  • Dried unsweetened cranberries 2 tbsp
  • Dried cherries 2 tbsp 
  • Balsamic vinegar 1 tsp 
  • Drizzle 1 tsp hemp oil
  • Chopped parsley 1/2 tsp 
  • Pinch of sea salt

Procedure:

In a large bowl add all the ingredients and stir lightly. Adjust seasoning as needed.And serve this delicious and versatile protein-packed leafy salad.
