Hemp Heart Protein Leafy Salad
Ingredients:
- Hemp hearts 3/4 cup (hemp hearts can be toasted first for a bolder, nuttier flavor)
- Sliced almonds 1/4 cup
- Dried unsweetened cranberries 2 tbsp
- Dried cherries 2 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar 1 tsp
- Drizzle 1 tsp hemp oil
- Chopped parsley 1/2 tsp
- Pinch of sea salt
Procedure:
In a large bowl add all the ingredients and stir lightly. Adjust seasoning as needed.And serve this delicious and versatile protein-packed leafy salad.
