Ingredients

  • 2 bananas frozen
  • 1 cup of frozen berries
  • 1 scoop hemp protein
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds toasted
  • 1 tbsp bee pollen
  • 1/4 cup blackberry yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh berries *to serve

Instructions:

  1. Blend the bananas, frozen berries, milk, dates, and hemp protein until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and serve topped with yogurt, fresh berries, hemp seeds, and bee pollen.
