Chai Spiced Hemp Seed Loaf

Ingredients

  • Gluten-free flour 2 cups 
  • Hemp Hearts 1/3 cup 
  • Baking soda 1 teaspoon 
  • Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon 
  • Cardamon 1 teaspoon 
  • Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon 
  • Ground cloves 3/4 teaspoon
  • Ginger powder 1/4 teaspoon 
  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon 
  • Eggs 2
  • Applesauce 1 1/4 cups
  • Sugar 1 cup 
  • Hemp oil 1/2 cup 
  • Dairy-free yogurt 1/4 cup 

Directions

  • Preheat the oven at 350°F and apply hemp oil to grease a loaf pan.
  • Take a large bowl and mix together all the dry ingredients like Hemp Hearts, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add all the wet ingredients like applesauce, sugar, eggs, yogurt and hemp oil into dry ingredients and whisk properly.
  • Now transfer the batter to the loaf pan.
  • Bake it for 60-70 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
  • Cool for 10 minutes and then remove from the pan and allow it to cool.
  • Serve it with butter, or ghee.
